That's almost as bad as that grumbling feeling in your stomach and you realize you left the tp at home................LOL.

That's the only thing I don't like about not having it on the gun.

I once drove over an hour, unloaded the boat, then went on an hour-long pre-dawn boat ride to hunt the other side of lake and a few miles upstream ----- only to discover had left my bullets at home.

I know how you feel brother! If its not attached to my body I have forgot it at home, left it in the woods, let someone borrow it and never got it back, even left it still up in the tree and who knows what else.

I have a butt stock pouch on each of my smokeless ML. Since my 45-70 conversion doesn't have a ramrod provision, I keep a backup ramrod in the pouch. It is a Knight ramrod that comes in 6 inch sections that screw together and a nice handle. Check it out.

I'll share a little trick I found out on Numrich (egunparts) website years ago.

If you order during regular business hours call customer service # and press 1 to order the recording will give you a code for $5.95 off standard shipping.

Write down code and enter it on checkout on the Internet.

This only works during regular business hours, and the code changes daily.

They run codes on facebook about once a week too. Good people to deal with in my experience.

I once climbed into the stand after work, hauled my bow up, opened up my pack and realized I had left the release at home.........
