See my dutch oven recipe for Shank barbacoa in the dutch oven thread. I did that in a crock pot for years before doing it in a dutch oven. You can skip the browning stage and just throw everything in the Crock Pot at once.

kabobs are good and easy, just be sure to either wrap the venison in bacon to protect it from over-cooking, or put the steak on its own skewer so that you can keep the cooking time short. I like that cooking method when I'm experimenting, because I can do things like dry rubs, marinades, and bacon wrapping to try different cooking styles all in the same grilling session.

stuffed peppers are pretty easy if you want to use up some cheese and sausage

look up a recipe for "Moroccan braised beef" and substitute venison for it. We cook ours in the crock pot and eat it as a lettuce wrap filler. There are some cool garnishes you can add, like horseradish slaw or chopped carrots.

Steak fajitas are one of my favorites, and those can be turned into nachos, traditional fajitas, or salad. There are plenty of healthy pre-packaged seasoning options available nowadays if you need to save time, or you can build your own flavor profile by making your own sauce (plenty of recipes around for that, and it makes a good outlet for stuff in your garden if you grow vegetables).

Cut it up into small chunks/strips, season with taco seasoning, and toss in a red hot skillet. Sear and use for tacos and burritos.

Steaks into fajitas is a favorite. Wrap backstrap in bacon with cream and jalapeno. Ground burger with taco seasoning and you have tacos or burritos. All kinds of things you can do, just check in this forum.

1. Back strap or tenderloin + sea salt and freshly ground pepper
2. Saute pan or cast iron skillet, pre heat to medium+ to high heat,
add unsalted butter
2. Cook meat for 2-3 minutes on each side until just under medium rare
remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
3. Add fresh Rosemary
4. Eat
