Yes. Their trail cams are junk. They do not stand behind their products either. The plastic broke where the battery terminals are. I called their customer service and they said I was out of luck. Nice things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't nice....unless you get the nice things on a clearance sale.

I have one. Bought it a couple years ago at BPS in Orlando during the Fall Hunting Classic. I like it except that in low light, you can't see the range or the indicator. I usually use it just to range certain trees or items to know my ranges without needing it when deer come in. If you get it, I will suggest leaving the batteries out of it until you are going into the woods. It likes to eat CR123 batteries. Other than those 2 issues, I have no problem with it, and for the price difference, I can buy a lot of batteries.
