DA

I went out and bought a pack of the 350 grains Hornady FPB because of your epic thread reviewing these minie balls. This was before the well publicized DA ban.

Do you still recommend these in a blackpowder set up? I'm thinking 100 grains of BH209 and these will be good in my CVA Accura.

I killed a few with them and did not get consistent results. I did recover every deer however. The largest was a 145 lbs dressed 8 point from Catoosa. He ran over a hundred yards with very little blood to follow. I was using the 350 grain bullets over 110 grains 777.
