Looks mayan or toltec ..... hard to tell from 1 pic

Any idea what its made of.... weight...

My father thinks its a little fired clay kneeling effigy from the Mississipi period. He is an artifact buff with an impressive collection. I never got into them like him though. I asked here before asking him lol. Sound rite?
