Ok so I didn't feel very good at all yesterday.
Felt even worse today but I chalked it up to not sleeping last night.

The longer the day went the worse I felt.
Got home from the woods and changed to get ready to go work out with the wife.

I was just totally drained and felt like I could puke at any minute.

She basically felt the same way so we decided we needed something to eat.

We went to a local place and got a bacon cheeseburger.
I got tots and she got fries.

We ate every bite and I can't tell you how much better we both feel.

Guess we aren't getting something we needed.

I feel like I could go work out now.

I'm not, but I feel like I could. ;\)

Might have been the red meat......

How much have you cut out since you've begun "dieting"?

You've got to eat protein, lots of it. I see these withering vegan and veggies that look like they're about to drop. You gotta eat! I hope you feel better.

Honestly I don't remember the last time I had red meat.
Been eating alot of chicken and some pork.

Pretty much my meals consist of a protein shake (10oz) in the morning.
4 or 5 slices of deli ham and a couple cracker sized slices of cheese.
Fresh fruit.
Bag of steamed vegetables.
Then for supper it is either more vegetables or maybe chicken or pork.

I know I am not eating enough calories but not sure what else to eat.

You need fat. Plain & simple. And as long as you are not eating trans fat, fat, even saturated fat is not going to make you fat (unless, of course you eat unnecessary quantities of it). Don't be afraid of red meat (but, don't eat 10 pounds of it a day either).

Do not cut out red meat!
You're about to get REALLY sick of chicken and pork. Try using boneless chicken thighs. Try cooking lamb. Eat some doves (or is that dove?)

Your body needs iron. Unfortunately, you just discovered that fast food fulfills that craving. You had to eat tater tots and a hamburger bun to get to the red meat your body needed.

Grill a big fat steak next time.

Went through the same thing, weekends I eat what I want. Usually a burger, but no fries. Feels like a shot of B12 \:\)

It really wasn't what I would consider "fast food" it is from a more mom & pop type place that actually uses beef to make their burgers.

Definately could have done without the tots though ;\)
