I was shooting this morning and my POI kept getting higher and higher an higher!

It took me a bit to realize the main Allen that screws my rest to the riser had come loose! Craziest thing I've ever seen.

Has this happened to anybody?

Not happened to me...yet, and hope it never does. However, everything that can move is marked, and I do periodic checks to ensure that everything hasn't moved. The rest is outlined in pencil on the riser and the windage/elevation is marked as well.

My cam timing marks are easy because Mathews have the window that the string is supposed to be perfectly centered, but on Hoyts and other dual cam bows I put marker paint on the cam against the limbs so a quick glance can identify timing.

I only check Allen screws on my rig when there is a problem. I'm going to make periodic screw checks on the entire bow part o the routine when I wax the strings.

Nope but I constantly look my bows over and keep an Allenhead set with me just in case!

Had a slightly loose bolt on my whisker biscuit when I started practicing this summer. Made sure everything was extra tight after that.
