We had my wife's bow dialed in at 10, 20, and 30 yards dead on but all of a sudden she started hitting really low at 30, I tried it and shot really low so I adjusted it and it still shot 5 inches low, so I adjusted it more and it's still hitting in the same spot, anybody have any ideas about what is going on?

Yep , check with a bow square to make sure the loop didn't slip up or the rest dropped down .

She doesn't use a d loop and if the rest slipped down wouldn't it affect the other two pins

Are the arrows hitting straight or entering at an angle?

Hard to say without looking at it personally and assuming that everything is in time. If 10, 20 and 30 are/were dialed and set but 30 has become off, even after adjusting again, a common issue is formólike dropping the bow arm and not following through the shot. If she is using a finger sling or wrist sling have her shoot with her hand completely open, in the 10 o'clock position and fingers tucked out of the way to the side so she cannot grip the bow and pull it the out of the way looking for the arrow impact.
