I wish I could remember what I put in this sauce. It's killer. I trimmed some veal cutlets and diced up the scraps. That went in to some olive oil and garlic. Then some basil went in. After that it's a blur of spices. Either way, at the end I tossed in some shredded Parmesan and a hit of cream. All that on top of the scallopini and some gnocchi.
