Looking to pickup 4 or 5 ladder stands. Trying to find the right one for $125ish or less each. I prefer them to be at least 16 foot or higher and I like the ones with a little extra room. Figured several of you know where the deals are or might have some suggestions and help out...

Thanks

I just picked up two more at dunahms in Columbia they are big games for 99.99. we have all kinds stands in all honestly I haven't found one I don't like. except one but its a hang on stand. but all the ladder stands seem to all be around the same amount of comfortableness. just make sure it has a good seat.

Day in, day out, the best bang for your buck on ladderstands seems to be from Sportsman Guide. But, be aware that their directions to put one together are a total joke, and their powder coat paint and unpainted parts rust pretty bad. If you have put a few together and don't need the directions, and are willing to spray paint your stand, you may be able to save a little with them.

On some of their heavier stands their shipping surcharge negates any savings.

I got some 16' Comfort Zone stands on clearance from Dick's last year, and have been fairly pleased with them as well.

If you join the Sportsman's Guide club they offer free shipping deals several times a year. It's a great time to buy heavy items like ladder stands or ammo. I got a deer hoist for a reciever hitch last year with a free shipping deal.
