In May they were forecasting above normal temperatures and near normal rainfall for June through Aug.

Here is their archives:

Just curious who?

I'm predicting that it will rain right after a dry spell.

OK after going back and looking a little closer at their verification they actually do show a little skill in Climate forecasting. However I still maintain that they aren't very valuable other than for the sake of conversation. I doubt many people would do anything differently this year if they were 100% certain we would have a colder (or warmer) than normal winter. The same can be said for Hurricane season or Severe weather season.

The seasonal forecasters from Accuweather, although their accuracy has gone down every since Joe Bastardi left.

Accuweather's daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts are terrible (the raw GFS model data is far superior), but their seasonal people are quite good.

Looks like they hit the nail on the head with the rain...but not the Temperatures.
This was their Summer outlook(June through August) released at the same time the Climate Prediction Center released theirs.

Of course, I'm probably full of crap for thinking like that. That's why I'm asking for professional help. \:D
