Have the track hoe and dozer coming out this weekend. Plan to put in some fire breaks and burn weather permitting. Also plan to get at least another acre cleared out to plant the 40 fruit trees that are sitting in my back yard. And lastly, clearing the future cabin location.

Pics to follow this weekend.

Nothing like heavy machinery to get the management blood flowing! \:\)

All I wanna know is how you gonna burn water? Whole state is waterlogged. I seen a deer pushing on his antlers so's they close up and make an umbrella. The Dollar store is out of umbrellas, you know we're in big trouble.

If I can get through tomorrow without rain and then the get some lower humidity with this front, conditions might be very good for what I want to do. It doesn't take long for my ridge tops to dry out.

Now it looks like maybe more rain Friday night so not looking good. As long as I have the breaks in, anytime till the end of September should do the trick.

My dream is to have the cash to hire a guy with a bulldozer and just tell him "Follow me." For about a week! I would create/open every road I've ever wanted and clear every area I've ever dreamed of having cleared. It would take at least a week to do all that. Unfortunately, at an hourly rate, that's too rich for my blood.

It is definately pricey. I try to save up to get a couple days of work in a year. I figure in 10 years things should start looking nice. \:\)

I use Wade Mastry. Melvin Suarey is another guy that does work in the area. Shoot me a pm if you ever need his number. Richmanbbq has Mr Suarey's number if you need it. They both do great work.
