Looks good. I'm not a fan of heirlooms on a tomato sandwich, but should still be good. I do like thick white bread with some good mayo.

What are the squash in the back? Are those Butternut? Whatever they are, I've not had them. Wondering how you serve them.

Just picked our first three zucchini from my late June "spring" garden

Yes, Waltham Butternut, cook em like pumpkins... roast in oven, scoop out and puree, make soup, pie, whatever you want with em. Comparable to sweet potatoes when it comes to cooking. I will most likely just make pies with them

I grew up with Bradley's on a sandwich. My 8 yr old prefers bacon with his. I like to do different things with heirlooms; roast them and use that to make gravey (sauce for my pasta), tomato salad with mozz, or cut up in cubes, use a peeler on a cucumber, place that on some homemade blue cheese dressing and if I got them, put some radish micro greens on top of that. Below is a picture of a dish from a local restaurant that i've put my own twist on. Plus, I don't have to be $11(plus tax and tip) for a such a small serving.
