Looks good. I did the same thing basically with a fresh cabbage head a few weeks ago but boiled it instead of frying. I used cabbage, sausage, potatoes, and squash. Very good boiled and looks really good fried as well. Thanks for sharing.

I was thinking that a good way to do smoke cabbage would be to cut a whole in the center and stuff it with a hamhock.

In South/Central Florida we cook swamp cabbage(heart of a sable palm). Fat back, salt, pepper and stew it with some 'maters.
