I shot probably close to 1,000 rounds on the factory QRBP but I do use a metric washer to prevent primer blow by and that helps GREATLY. I run a BH209 plug now just for added insurance.

I may just have to give those a shot. Do you know if using 100 grains of 777 pellets would change the grouping a lot?

Shot it today while making a how to video and accuracy is SUPERB with 100gr T7 pellets, Harvester EZ load sabot and the 300gr PT Gold. Swabbing between shots was a must otherwise my range rod was 3" off the charge. Typical of T7.

So are you saying that the projectile won't seat on the charge? My apologizes if this seems a dumb question but I am new to Muzzle loading.
PS Thank you for trying that out.

Not a dumb question at all. I actually made a video on this event for the new shooters, just trying to upload it, thats the pain in the rear end with satellite internet and youtubes upload being so slow.

Any time you shoot T7, American Pioneer, Black MZ, Real black powder, Pyrodex, SWAB between shots! These inlines shoot super clean and that heat from the primer leaves a hard baked on fouling that catches the bullet and gives the false impression to the shooter, that the bullet is seated. That basically means, the bullet is caught up on fouling and not fully seated on the powder charge.

So this would cause the projectile to have less force and drop sooner? Once uploaded can you get the link?

that, along with either bulging your barrel or exploding it since theres such a big gap between the projectile and powder.

No problem on the video! I'll pm it to you as well to make sure you get it.

sent in a cva blazer for repair and due to them not making that model, they sent this one as a replacement.

http://www.budsgunshop.com or http://www.rrarms.com usually have good prices on these guns.
