Shoot me a PM if you want the contact for the guy that framed mine a few years ago. He is in Cookeville and a super good worker. I would recommend him to anyone.

BTW- when u say rough in, do you mean dry in? are u gonna use a contractor or sub it yourself.

We just finished our in Feb. It is a lot of stress but this was also our first house build. Now I would know what to expect. If u have a move in date up it about a month to a month & half. Trust me on this. Ad TRY not to fuss over little things. If u can make it through the build married u will make it through anything. That's all I heard and thought "whatever, bunch of BS" no, it's true. But in the end it's all worth it. Got me a theatre room with a 120 in screen with a projector!!!! Theatre at home!!!!

Good luck, Brandon...... \:\) When I went throught the process 12 yrs ago. I looked at my options as far as hiring a builder vs Sub it out. Since time was a factor I decided to hire a builder.

how big and how fancy I have done some but will not do the big ones. It is simple to rough in a standard house. I helped a guy that would do it on a week end with his brother me and another guy. Then he would contract the elect, sheet rock plumbing/ac and he would do the finishing work.
