Go to http://www.huntersdeerblind.com and check his plans out on bldg one it explains from step 1 from buying what lumber u need to driving the last nail. I think the cost for one like you are talking about is around $800 for everything.

Corrugated plastic comes in 4x8 sheets and some container corporations use them....this stuff can be used economically to build shooting houses and is very durable.....the place near here is no longer in business but I know it exists and the stuff works well.

I just put some corrugated plastic on a stand and it worked well. I have one I painted 6 years ago with regular cheap latex paint from Wal-Mart and it hasn't flaked any at all. It holds the paint very well and makes for a light stand when trying to stand up.
