Anyone taken this stuff? I'm trying to get back on a regular sleep wake routine but its hard to with the wife working night shift. Since school let out I'm sleeping late as she does in the mornings and staying up until 1:30-2:00am each night. I can't focus nor get anything done around the house.

I've tried almost everything to get to sleep at a decent hour but its just not working. Went to the drug store and was going to get the new zquill but its the same active ingredient as Benadryl. Bad news to me as it hypes me up like a rat on crack! Found some unisom and got it, but thought I'd try the DreamWater first.

Any advise y'all have would be appreciated!

I've never heard of it....I'd ask a doc first. It could be as simple as a few doses of melatonin is all you need.

Good chance the doctor is going to tell you to try melatonin. If that doesn't work a 2 week trial with Ambien will probably be the next option to try and reset your sleep cycle.

Stuff worked pretty well. Took it at 945 out by 1030. Sat straight up in bed at 6 am not groggy at all.
