Your whole case is based off of speculation with no hardcore proof.

I've been running trail cams for over 10 years with many different makes and models. I've yet to find a camera that was in "live mode" that I can open the door to access the on/off controls and it not take a picture of me or whomever is opening it. And that's with me knowing the location of the camera and how to open the doors. If somebody is unaware of the presence of the cameras and or unfamiliar with how to open them...it had to have taken a picture of them before it was turned off...ESPECIALLY with multiple cameras involved with multiple cases of it happening. A person might have got lucky once and did it...but not that many times.

So without any proof...your case would go sour quick in the eyes of the law. You have no hardcore evidence of him doing what you are accusing him of...but what they do have a case of, is a verbal assault against the man on his land in which is documented here in your own admittance, along with premeditated retaliation.

Very odd that no pics taken of at least a hand or that "weird swing pic" as the cam door is opened just before you turn them off when checking them...odd indeed.

i just got done telling him i don't want on my land and i will stop using his. Then he asked me if i had any more problems after i put them locks on them camera's.That's when i lost my cool and told him i will have the law on his *** if he keeps at it.

i told him i don't take to kindly to someone messing with my stuff on my land. He might have done that up north where he came from but he will not be doin it here in redneck country.

then he tried to get smart then i told him he better leave my stuff alone or i will have the law knocking on his door. then i left and came back home and still mad as a hornet.

I hope it stops there. But i wouldnt count on it.

Most Northerners are used to hunting on whoever. Its a different way up there. My boss is from Buffalo and he just couldnt believe we had private property and posted signs. He even tried to go whereever he wanted when he first moved down here and several people told him quick that wasnt a smart thing to do.

Many trail-cams have the ability to delete specific photographs in the field. If someone was familiar with trail-cams... Just saying...

Well they have been nothing done in a few weeks now. When I told him off he kinda backed off but one strange thing is I'm not getting no pictures of deer or anything on either cam for some reason. But ill move them to a other place that I got permission to hunt this year and see what happens there.

Wait, wait, wait, wait.... trespassing is now another Yankee evil?? Wow, you haven't hunted in the south much then!

The possible motive for this is just plain strange. Is there any way the cameras could have shut themselves off? Was this a new model camera that you maybe weren't familiar with? Just seems very peculiar to repeatedly turn cameras off rather than steal them outright.

But the likelyhood of you not getting any deer pictures at all since the day you told the guy to stay off your property - well that seems like some sort of retaliation is going on against you. I wonder has he used some sort of scent to drive deer away from your property such as human hair or perfume, gas, etc?? This whole ordeal is peculiar.
