I love my T/C Black Diamond and have no plans to sell it, but I am thinking about an upgrade for the sake of simplicity. The Black Diamond takes a bit to disassemble and has multiple parts to clean. The Impact...well...it'd be easy.

Anybody have one? Reviews? Accuracy and ease of cleaning?

I'd love to hear it all. Good and bad. What say you?

Ease of cleaning = smokeless \:\)

I thought that I would never go that route but got bitten by the bug in January and bought a .45 caliber conversion for my Encore.

I don't have any experience with the Impact.

I think I'm one of the few that have the impact but I love it. Super simple takedown, extrememly easy to clean and very accurate. I shoot BH209 with the Barnes TEZ and have zero complaints, I actually take it out a fair amount during rifle season as well. They are what they are, a good cheap ML without any fancy options. I figured since ML was only 2 weeks a year I didn't want to drop much money on one but I have been more than pleasantly surprised with the performance.

The one negative I have on it is the "hood" doesn't always release easily, sometimes it takes a little extra effort to get it to relase and break. Maybe it will get better the more I shoot it, but it has only had 30 or so rounds down the barrel at this point so not even sure it is broken in yet.

I have an Omega Z5 and not sure it could get much simpler. Accuracy is great and it is super easy to clean.
