Did the crappie ever start spawning with vigor? I sure missed out this year. Still had great trip however with a reunion with old friend.
Are bream hitting now at Reelfoot? Elsewhere?
I hope to catch some fishing in the fall altho deer hunting will have to take first priority (archery deer). What should be hot in late Sept, early to mid October?
Thanks Ray

We have been wearing the bream OUT at Garrett Lake.
Caught several at Gibson County lake too.

Garrett is between Dresden and Como.

The bream bite has slowed and the fish are more scattered.
They should hit the beds again in two weeks though.

Just save a few fish for me when I come this fall. Considering bringing my PortaBoat, would have to cartop it on my Malibu, would prob cut down some on mileage but prob much cheaper than renting a boat. Could also just bring my trolling motor.
Thanks For Not Catching Them All! Ray

Did the crappie fishing ever get red hot like they usually do when spawning?
Maybe I can outguess the crappie next year. Still planning on some fishing this fall.
Thanks Ray
