They make a cleaning kit for those. Comes with a hose brush and expanding hanger. I use bleach water when just rinsing and baking soda when scrubbing the hose..

Pour in Everclear, add orange juice, drink till empty, rinse and repeat!! \:D

ok, I actually bleach mine, then hot soapy water, rinse, hang to dry.

i just hang mine up in a window to dry. never had a problem with it.

No, just pointing out that the UV rays are actually cleaning the tube. You can place a non opaque bottle or clear glass bottle of water from a creek or lake etc.. In the direct sun for about 4 or 5 hours and the UV rays will actually kill the bacteria and you can drink it without worry.

yeah i had read that you could purify water that way. i hang mine up in a window in the garage. i just figured that would dry all of the water out of it.
