Was at Beech Bend in Bowling Green Ky yesterday and got to watch this great old car make two run's. Kept it in the air the full quarter mile each run. Yesterday was the last time it will be ran or shown in the USA as it has been sold to a guy from England and will be shipped across the big pond next week.

Guys they got another wheel stander we got to see yesterday also....Sponser is Super Winch....a roadster type body with a rear mounted engine....It also made two passes up in the air...first pass was at 153 mph second was 154 mph on the rear wheels the full quarter mile.

Seen a Mustang DA would kill for....big old mountain motor that ran 7 second range in 1/4....LOL...Got beat by a local guy here in a full body GTO by just a few inches in the final. Both in the 180 MPH range My brother in law said no way that Mustang could make a right turn without a guide....yes the blower set that high out of the hood.

If this works here is a youtube video of the Superwinch car.

Rear brakes but they are balanced so well they go straight unless a major malfunction. What a lot of people ask is how does the driver see where they are going...If you look at any of the long distance wheel standers there is a plexglass window either in the floor or like the super winch car thru the grill.
