Got my stepdad to bring his tractor up and cut a couple of areas for food plots and I put two salt licks in and put 5 cameras out, he came back Sunday and disc the plots up and I planted the beans today, now to watch them grow.

Btw, did you do soil samples? What about fertilizer? How are you going to control the weeds? And this is just a start

Lol, since I have a very low paying job and was only able to afford the beans because they were very cheap, I'm gonna hope Mother Nature helps me alittle

Scott, I live less than 5 miles from your spot. I'd be glad to come out with my ATV spray rig and spray generic glyphosphate once they come up if the beans are Roundup Ready??? If they aren't, I could spray Clethodim and 2-4-D-B.

That would be great where is the cheapest place to get some , I'm not even sure they are gonna come up, this was the first time I ever tried this

Tractor Supply usually has the best price on generic 41% Glyphosphate @ $49 per 2.5 gallon jug. The best price I've found on Clethodim is at Rural King in McKenzie or Martin and at the Co-op in Henderson. You didn't mention if the beans were Roundup Ready or not??
