Cooked these wings this past weekend on the smoker as a test run for this weekend.

6 Tbs Paprika (I prefer smoked Spanish paprika)
2 Tbs Black pepper
2 Tbs salt
2 Tbs Brown sugar
1 Tbs Chili powder
1 Tbs Garlic powder
1 Tbs Onion powder
1 Tsp Ground Cayenne pepper
I sprayed mine down with some olive oil before rolling in dry rub.
Put on the smoker for about 3-4 hours and eat plane or roll them in your favorite wing sauce. I'm a pretty big fan of Moore's hot wing sauce. This will do about 3 lbs of chicken.
This weekend I am cooking for a friends birthday bash 20lbs of chicken wings, a whole hog, and 10 lbs of chicken quarters, and oh yea my favorite lunch break of them all bbq bologna!

Dry rubbed smoked wings have become one of my new favorite foods.

I fell in love with them from Whitt's in the Nashville area. No need for sauce, but they are so good. I never had them before moving down here.

That rub sounds really good.
