If you mean one of these, I used to reload for a 300 Weatherby Magnum and this is the bullet seater that came with the official Weatheryby dies. I really liked it but no way for me to prove the bullet is seated more accurately. My fanatic BIL uses a concentric gauge on every round to insure there is zero runout-that is, the bullet is centered in the brass and at the same time the brass neck is not out of round. He can cover 5 shots at 200 yards with a dime shooting his 222.
