Once again I wasted my time driving to check my WGI flash camera. It's not a yr old, but night pics are just black and camera took about 15 pics of bare woods; even tho salt lick is 10 yards away and has deer tracks in it. 39 pics, but Not one pic of an animal. Better keep up with your receipt, sure wish i had.

I hated mine too, it tore up at about 3 or 4 years of age. I dont remember seeing any pure black pics, but I had some that were just pure white.

I have an IR4 as well. Almost all my night pictures are solid black like the sensor trips, but the IR does not "flash". Every grand once in a while, it will work properly. It has a very slow trigger speed, which is why you have pictures with no animals in them. I have finally just set mine to take daytime only pictures, and put it almost on top of a trophy rock. I get more doe/fawn pics where this one is, and they make my wife happy. I put my Moultrie cameras where I actually hunt.
You can't fix stupid.....

This should be a sticky. Every couple of months (or less), someone posts about their disappointment in WGI cameras. A few inevitably post about their amazing luck with their sample of one or two. Most will urge you to consider other brands.

I have 5 wgi cameras and they have been great. Been using them for 3 years. I do have some of the older ones tho. My dad had bad luck with ones he bought last year. He took em back and got primos

Had my WGI replaced after 11 months, new one went south shortly thereafter. I won't buy wildgame anything!!!! That's the fact Jack...

Not only that, but they make the most ridiculous looking trail cameras on the market. Look at this ugly thing. It would stick out like a sore thumb in the woods. Looks like some kind of portable subwoofer system for a teenager's car.
