Is there anyway to get stainless steel roll pins out. I tried to drill them but that stainless is impossible. There one way in no exit to push them on through.

What are they in? If they are stainless they are machineable.

Probably will have to set it up in a mill and use a carbide endmill. The interupted cut will be hard on a drill. You will probably oversize the hole if your not carefull using a drill.

I was told by the manufacture to soak the barrel in a parts washer for 24 hrs then blow it out with a compressor (integral suppressed) I would rather take it apart and clean it myself but if its going to take a lot I believe I'll just leave it be

If they assembled it with roll pins into blind holes they didn't intend for it to be disassembled.
