Anyone else finding any?
Found six in one spot this afternoon. Looked all over and didn't find anymore.
I gave them all a good shake, hopefully I released some spores and some more will grow close by.

Wow, you hit the mother load. The area I found these in usually have a lot more. I don't know why they aren't popping up like they have in the past. The "critters" might be finding them first.
I'll keep looking for awhile, untill it gets too hot and dry anyway.

Anyone ever find morels in West TN. If so any tips on where to look would be appreciated. I have a farm in Weakley Co. and tried look while I was turkey hunting but so far no luck. Guess it might be to late to find any this year?

They can be rare in much of West TN. The places I have seen and found them have almost been entirely random. In other words, the "Shady Holler" rules of Middle and East TN are out the window.

Ha \:D over 400 of them are dried on 2 long strings. So I can use them through the rest of the year.
