Haven't been able to be back in the hunt for a while now, but while I was in Knoxville for my girl's graduation, I checked the shelves at Walmart on Chapman and found an inflatable hen decoy that has an outer satin finish shell that's photo accurate. It wasn't in its packaging, and had no price, so the fella gave it to me for $5. I have no idea what it is called or worth, but it sure looks nicer than Homely Hen.

Hopefully I can locate a bad boy to flirt with on the WMA tomorrow. Would hate for this little decoy gal to get all dressed up and have nobody to appreciate her \:D

If she doesn't please an ol Tom, that might deflate her.

Had a tom at 30 yds where you shot your first deer on Yanahli year before last. couldn't close the deal before i had to leave yesterday. Check on him before you head out today if you don't score early

My deke looks great. Better, in fact, than the truck that beat me to my intended spot. Better than the pile of turkey breast feathers at my second choice. Trying a new spot where I heard a distant bird. He is across a creek I can't wade. Gonna wait it out a bit. May check out your recommendation later today ImThere, TY
