Been listed here before, but definitely worth going:

Papa Boudreaux in Santa Fe (NOT Franklin).

i am pretty close to santa fe. what type of food (although i have an idea based on the name)

Cajun. Here's the Yelp reviews.

It's actually closer to Fly than Santa Fe, but if you're familiar with the area go north on 7 from Columbia and look for the sign as you're coming down the last hill before Fly.

thanks. looked them up online. seems they have a huge following

Can't believe I've not known about this one! I use to ride my dirtbike to the general store in fly when I was a kid. fella with an eye patch behind the counter... Use to sell guns and all..., the good ole days... Going to have to find this one and check it out for sure...

One old-timer told me the building used to be a Wishy Washy Laundromat, so if you know where that was you're good to go.

The Log Cabin in Loudon. Exit 72 on I75 south, then left a few miles. Southern cooking mostly. I love their hot roast beef sammich.

Another note about Papa Boudreaux's - cash only. I also noticed in the review that it says "no alcohol". He doesn't sell alcohol, but you are welcome to BYOB. They will provide wine glasses and corkscrew. Lots of people bring beer.

they also take checks, just no cards.in the summer time the parking lot is like a big talegate party.everyone standing around drinking.they also have live music on weekends(a one man band)if you go and they have catfish st.jaques besure to try it it is great.
