Lake is very high but the temps are slowly coming up. They are starting to move up into the shallows. The water level should drop soon so they may hold close to the drops.

I was up at my place on Birdsong this past weekend. Didn't fish but watched one guy in a bassboat behind my house pull out three nice chunks from around my dock. Talked to one guy and he said the they were wearing them out around the bushes. Water is up and probably will be all this week. Up about 4 to 5 feet...about 20 yards of water between the bank and my floating dock...LoL

Ive also heard they have started catching them flipping the bushes!

I have fished a lot last week or so.They are scattered with the high water and are on bed.There are fish that are on bed before the water came up on shoreline bushes in 6 feet and fish on bed where you can hardly get to since the water came up in 2 feet.Overlook the dead stuff and key on Green Bushes and willows.
