Buddy of mine has a camera or two that leak. When they get water inside them, he puts them in his dehydrater for awhile. He said it works great for drying them out and they work good as new.

Try the old bag of rice trick.

My Cell video died just recently and I thought, well, what have I got to lose? Two days in the bag and the video was back!!!

Just went and got it and it did take a picture of me coming in to get it!!!! After being under water for 36 hours it might still work OK! Gonna let it dry out for a couple weeks and try it again!

That's a good camera if its still working. My wildview got invaded by ants which means it did not have a seal. Lens was all fogged up too. I pulled it a week or two ago, and then yesterday the area flooded. So I guess I only have my trophy rock to worry about. Hope it didn't all dissolve. Might put the moultrie out there if the TR is still good.

Yea, I couldnt believe it when I looked at the card. During the flood it took some pics, they are all white and as the water receded it took a few more that were fogged up but could make out the trees and the flood water. The pic of me is just a little foggy but Im remaining positive that it will be back to normal after a long drying out! I may even put it in the dehydrator for a bit but Im not sure how long...
PASTORBMP, if you see your friend ask him about how long he has put his in there for please sir.
