I thought it was common knowledge that most carnival games are "rigged" to some extent. Yes, he is a sucker and no, he doesn't deserve his money back for losing all common sense and self control.

dumbbutt. We know they are all rigged. Those basketball hoops are always smaller than regulation and the little bowls for those ping pong balls are very very small. Agree hope the guy sues and puts all his court cost on a credit card so he will not only lose the cost but have to pay interest. $2600 stupid tax

Oh yes he does. The GOVT SHOULD pay him back and cover his loses.
