Ive been looking at the moultrie 6.0's and was thinking about gettin a couple just wanted some info if anyone has used them or if i need to keep looking

6.0 is to many pixel takes up to much memory for a trail camera stay below 4.0 you will get twice as many pics on the same amount of card space

Go as high of a resolution as you can find. Often you will need to zoom in on a buck in the background, and the higher the resolution, the clearer that zoomed-in image will be. They make amazingly large memory cards these days, and they're getting cheaper every day.
I'm hearing good things about the '07 line-up of Moutrie cameras.

The new Moultrie 4.0 is a good camera for the money. I have one and I am pleased right now. 100.00, you cant go wrong.

i ordered the $130 one last night and they are out of stock at bass pro! went to cabelas and Cant decide between the camo moultrie with a 4.0 megapixel or the camo moultrie 5.0 megapixel, both are $150, I also liked the black 4.0 megapixel but says you can't hook up a solar panel

Their supposed to be coming out with a solar panel later this fall to work with their 2007 cameras.

Just put out 2 6.0 infrared cameras. Stuck 1 gig memory cards in them. At enhanced resolution (higest I can go) the camera shows 1100 available pics. Hope to know by next week how thy look.
