I had a minor delay yesterday and part of today in preparing my garden. There was 6 inches of snow over it. Most is gone this afternoon. The moisture can't hurt. I wanted to try planting some greens and swiss chard earlier this year - A section of the Denver Post called "Grow" says we can do that now. Maybe tomorrow. Thanks Ray

Raining some this afternoon. More snow Monday night. Maybe I'll get to do my most unfavorite thing - shovel snow. At least, this time of year, it melts fast. Thanks Ray

Spring keeps tempting us as well Ray. High temps in the 80's one week then in the 40's-50's the next. It seems to rain every couple of days. My garden is in a low spot so it's way too wet to plant anyway. Hopefully it will warm up and stay dry for a few days so I can get my garden planted.
I shouldn't complain, at least it's not snowing.
Have fun shoveling that snow, I hope Spring finally makes it out your way.

More snow coming down right now. Forecasts vary wildly, fm 3 - 5 in to a foot. We can still use the moisture but I need to get started on garden and finish a ham radio antenna. We do send you some weather but it's usually not snow.
Thanks Ray

The snow is off. It was prob 70 today. Five inches of snow on Tuesday and this warm today. Typical CO weather! We turned over the soil and mixed in some home made compost and cleaned off two more beds. Then we planted mustard greens, spinach and swiss chard. Most other things will have to wait.
I heard some TN places had frost just a day or two ago. My friend that I just went fishing with was at his cabin on the TN river Wednesday. He said it was supposed to be 34 that night. Crappie are still scattered and still full of eggs where he fishes - in Hogg Creek.
This all confuses me in planning for next Spring's trip to TN. Oh well, I'll try to get there in late Sept and again in December before then.

Thanks Ray

Rx'd approx 7 inches of snow last night and today combined. Supposed to be way down in the 20s tonite. Hey, it was 80 just two days ago. Still, the moisture is nice to soak my prepared beds and the one all ready planted to help germination. Thanks Ray
