My Dad had the XDM 5.25, and traded it for the M&P Pro. He likes he M&P much better.

I removed the factory sights today and am gonna install a apex comp trigger kit in the morn.

Not sure as I bought it used but think it about the same as an xdm and a little cheaper than the 5.25 comp xdm.

Im a huge xd fan, but im really liking this smith. Its more natural feeling and I shoot better with it.

I had the XDM and traded it for an M&P and like the feel and handling of the MP better. I was a tad more accurate with the XDM though. Both fine pistols for sure.

I really like the option of co witnessing the sights through the red dot. That was really the deciding factor.
