No, no Italian dressing and ESPECIALLY no Dales.

I used the same brine as the rabbits. It's a simple one with water, kosher salt, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, etc

Wrapped in bacon with jalepeno and topped with provalone cheese.
I didn't have any complaints. \:D

I have enough rabbit pieces left over to justify a pot of gumbo. I'll thew some more of the duck and goose breasts to go with it and my pecan smoked andouille venison sausage.
