Slow cooked in the oven until 110 degree then turn the oven off let it sit until 125 degrees. Remove and cover for about hour

Quality red meat should be eaten rare to med/rare or you start cooking flavor out of it.

I've never liked prime rib, but that looks GOOD! I guess my dislike is based on one or two improper preparations. I bet I would like it prepared that way.
