I went up today, registered and hung out most of the afternoon. Looks like it's going to be a pretty good crowd.

I will be at the NMLRA Alabama Territorial shoot tomorrow. For some reason I thought the York Shoot was next weekend. One these days I'm going to make that shoot.

Hey TNJed, how did you do? Heard the winner set a new record with a measure of 3.3".

Neal Eddington was the winner. He beat Paul's record by 0.13! Another really cool thing was Jim York shooting the best X ever! .002 I saw it and when I saw what it was scored told him that I thought it was a record and yep it sure was. They said they didn't think it would ever be beaten.

As for me, I was terribly inconsistent. Finished in the middle of the pack.
I had 3 shots that didn't quite add up to an inch, but then had 3 that added up to 8.5. Wind wasn't really a factor, I'm pretty sure that I cut a couple of patches, had two balls that were really hard to load and one wound up really low, the other hit way right. Still had an awesome time and enjoyed every minute.
