The Akin's Accelerator was a nice little 10/22 stock, until the ATF reversed their decision and classified them as a machine gun.

This is quote from an ATF friend

"Agents in the field do a function test. If there are any questions we send it to Firearms Technology Branch for determination. Almost all we have ran into have been full on conversions. "

Pretty much useless imo. The ammo business loves them though!

They stock will work on the .22. It's harder to make it work than the .223 but it will work as well.

Yes sir. Doesn't work as "easy" as the 5.56 but with a little practice it works.

Isn't quick firing and bump fire horrible for the barrels?

Yeah, ripping off 30 rounds as fast as you can is going to shorten barrel life significantly. I sure wouldn't put one of these devices on a Les Baer AR.

The barrel will get hot enough to burn skin after 30 rounds, slap in another mag and burn through it, it will melt plastic on a Chevy tailgate moulding.
