i have been thinking about buying one for aa while, eathier buying a stealthcam or a leafriver witch one has a faster trigger speed, i will be putting it on a trail

If you can afford it, buy a good "homebrew" (home-built) camera. They are superior in function and reliability to any of the low to mid-range priced commercial cams.
OutdoorBob7 makes and sells some great homebrew cams. They are what I use and I demand maximum performance and reliability out of my trail-cams.

$350 will get you a great homebrew from OutdoorBob, or something not as good elsewhere. The 6.0 mp Leaf River will not take as good of a pic as the P41 Sony 4.0 mp in Bob's homebrews, the reason being is most "commercial" cams simply have a very cheap image processor (no matter how many megapixels they state) instead of a quality real Sony camera.

p41 home brew,plan on getting plenty of pics as they are sensitive crows ,squirrels,blue jays will trip the sensor .the pics that I have posted have been taken with a p41 that I built.get a slave flash to go with it and you can get 90ft pics at night.
