My camera building brother, OutdoorBob, asked me to post these pics of a couple of bucks from the last few weeks. This homebrew was having some problems this time out, so the pic quality isn't so hot...but the subjects are AOK! I caught a new bachelor group a couple of different times on our place this time out. Here is three of the 5 in the group.

The little guy:

Jackpot! I can't remember the last time there was a buck I really wanted to hunt...I will be bowhunting hard this year...well, as hard as my bride will let me!!!

I've looked at several pics of this buck and I can count 16 points so far. \:\)

I'd need Depends to hunt that property. Wonder if Scent-Lok will make some type of Depends for hunters!

Probably more so than any year in recent memory.

I hunt on a 110acres in a one buck only county. I'm gonna put all I can into bow season and try and get lucky before everyone else gets into the woods. I've pretty much decided that I either get that last buck, or I eat my tags this year. Never seen anything like him before, don't know when I will again. We've had very little hunting pressure around us the last couple of years and rain this year like I can't remember. I've lived/hunted Texas 20+ yrs and have never seen it this green and lush going into August. Everything may be falling into line for me to arrow the buck of a lifetime....hope I'm up to the challenge..<gulp>

Thanks for posting these giant whitetails Ross. I knew it would get us Tennessee boy's hearts to pumping and cause more than one or two to break out in a cold sweat. That last guy is as good a deer as I've ever seen I guess with all that palmation. Can't imagine having something like that running my deer woods. Your a good guy and I sure hope you get the chance to hang him on your wall. Good luck and thanks again for posting.
