I'm about to drive over to my Ford dealer and pick up my "probable" last new pickup as soon as they finish spraying in the bed liner. After looking and debating I just couldn't talk myself into getting a smaller truck so I'm going with the same thing I had before...a f150 V8, extended cab, and long wheel base. Time to pull the boat.

Nothing like a new truck to raise your spirits and lighten your pocketbook. I'm thinking I will wait for the 2014 models hopefully getting better gas mileage ! That and the money !

No need for a smaller truck. The larger trucks (esp the newer Fords) get close to the same fuel economy as the smaller ones, with a bunch more room and payload, and hold their value better. As long as I can help it, I will never drive another toy truck again.

Mike, I was also contemplating getting a smaller truck...like a Nissan Frontier or Ford Ranger. But I just can't see myself doing it. I will most likely get a newer version of my extended cab V8 F-150.

Nice trucks for sure. Ive been at the dealership twice looking and driving, gotta stay away from there before I do something I regret for 60 months. \:\)
