This is a family oriented lease! No alcohol or drugs on property.I have had property about 5years. There are antler restriction that have been in place for 4 years.We have no mudriding and couple other restrictions on things to weed out trouble before it starts.Far as property 952 acres of land.We have good property owners connecting to us,roads on most of lease are in good shape.There are three gates all connecting county rd.Timber is in pine rotation some in select cutt some in 5 to 8 year old trees. Rolling hills with large ridge with strip mines.Camping is allowed
no utilitys.You are allowed to take two places and put in foodplots and mineral Sites,we have a dozed guy at 60 bucks an hour with a tractor guy also that will turn plots for a far rate.Spots will be marked by GPS and stakes.Call me or text me your cell if you would like for me to call you.423-762-eight six seven zero.Location of lease Marion Co Tn 3 miles from Tracycity.About 15miles from Jasper Tn.
