Cruz made some good points.
But the last part of the video is missing.
Basically Cruz kindly said she didn't answer his question. And again he asked, as applied to the 1A, would it be constitutional for the federal gov't to ban certain books over other books?
Fianlly, she gave an answer of no.

So in short she has NO answer for him except to gripe about being lectured by someone that obviously OWNED her!
And then on the video the crazy whack job liberal Cynthia Tucker from GA "Well, Chris, not only is Ted Cruz is an extremist, he's also overbearing, arrogant and condescending. And I can only imagine how Dianne Feinstein felt. How dare he?"
Wow - she is a little overbearing, arrogant, and condescending in her tone. Again - she has no answer either. They have to try to vilify anyone that isn't on their side.
