Dunno what's wrong with him but he is making multiple trips to the litter box every hour and spends quite a bit of time there and only a very small bit of urine is there when he leaves. \:\(

Hope it ain't nothing bad.
I love that cat.

Guess he will be headed to the doctor tomorrow. \:\(

In my limited experience, a UTI in a cat is fairly treatable with antibiotics. Mine has never had one, but some friends have dealt with it and theirs were fixed up pretty quickly with medicine.

That's what the vet told us but she failed to mention the horrors of trying to give a cat pills if he doesn't want them.
I hope your cat can be fixed up quickly.

Welding gloves and a firm grip. Not a problem

If its a male it could be blocked. We used to have several co,e into the clinic with a blocked urethra. Same symptoms, elevated litter box time, dark, blood tinged urine. Good idea to get him there sooner than later.

It took three of us and we got it in, made the cat swallow and then he would hock it up like a hairball. \:\) I went back and got liquid.
