I am considering buying a Tika T3 Deluxe in 30alt06. I have never owned a Tika and just don't know much about them.If anyone here has owned a tika, what did you like and dislike about it? I would just like to hear what everyone who knows about them has to say.Thanks for the help.

I had a Tikka Whitetail Hunter in 7mm Rem Mag. Only reason I got rid of it was that I originally bought it to take back out West and I wanted the other rifle I traded for it more. Very accurate, smooth bolt travel. Con was the weight, now I know why the T3 came out. If another one came around I wouldn't think twice about buying it. Very good gun for the price.

my bother & a buddy bought tikka's last year for a elk hunt,brothers did fine buddys plastic on the bolt broke,never seen the rifles to see what broke but they fixed it with no problems after the trip to Co,reckon there very accurate,mike243

Can't go wrong with a Tikka,I have a bunch. What I like about them is they all come out of the box shooting great, Slick action,nice stocks,great triggers,carry well. Really like the detachable mags. Make sure you get better base's,only bad thing about them. Talleys,Burris,Lupys you can't go wrong with any of them.
I have alot of friends that were non Tikka belivers,90% of them now swear by their Tikka's and Sakos. Good luck
