I mounted my Burris FF-III on the Mossy 935, go it zeroed and then put some pellets 40 yards down range. All shots were thru a Jellyhead .690 choke.

All I can say is that the FF-III made a world of difference for me in that I now have been able to adjust and pin point my POI a lot better than I was able to with open sights. I don't have before pics but trust me...I'm a lot more confident now that I have ever been before. With open sights, the highest concentration of pellets would always be to the upper left which explains why I have missed more birds than I care to admit.

Based on the pics...guess what ammo is going in the Mossy this spring ;\) ?

Rem Nitros 3" #6 shot

Winchester X-Tended Range 3.5" #6 shot

Winchester Supreme 3.5" #6 shot

Hevi-Mag Blends 3.5" (5, 6, 7 shot)

That is a great lead pattern with the supremes, but naturally the Magblends will be better. Great patterns!

Great pattern, and without the fast fire my sbeII would be relegated to the safe. It was the difference in 100% kills versus 100% misses for me and that weapon

Looks good. I switched to the jellyhead and mag blends in my 835 last year.

Great patterns esp magblends ! I want a FFIII for my X3 but wish my gun was drilled and tapped instead of a saddle mount.

I give the FFIII my highest recommendation of any shooting accessory that I've ever purchased for turkey hunting. The next test will be to see how well it holds zero and how long the battery lasts.

Another recommendation for FF mounting is to take your front sight/bead off your shotgun. I could see my front sight thru the FF and the aim/POI were very distant from one another. Before I took the sight off, I was trying to correlate the two in my head and I could see myself getting confused during a hunt.

What distance was this? Also barrel length? I'm wanting to try some mag blends in my 935 22" barrel with .695 rhino. Looks like u got a good pattern with them.

Those targets are 12x12 I believe. Most folks suggest just shooting any kind of paper and counting the number of pellets you get in a 10" circle. I personally like the better visibility of the targets on my pics.
