I`m more interested in the base under the rest,,is the rest bolted down or can you adjust the base and the rest???

The rest is bolted down and the base has its own adjustments. It is 3/8 steel and now is over 44 pounds for the front. The rear is an Edgewood Mini Gator and held all of a 15 pound box of heavy sand to fill the base compartment, and play sand in the ears.

its a 223 Rem with the chamber cut to take neck turned brass when loaded the neck should measure about .251-.252.
